Who are we?
JCB Property Management Services are an independent company who provide fully compliant Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to members of the public, solicitors and estate agents. We personally cover the Kent and Medway areas however areas further afield are also considered.
As a member of Independent Pack Providers Association (IPPA) we have access to a national network of Domestic Energy Assessors operating as local independent businesses.
We are able to offer a number of payment options when purchasing your Home Information Pack. Further information can be found here.
JCB Property Management Services are fully insured and members of The Ombudsman for Estate Agents, National Association of Estate Agents and Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd.
Since the new regulations came into force on 6th April 2009, 90% of our HIP orders have had the partial HIP (required to market the property) completed and provided to the Estate Agent within 24 hours of the Energy Performance Certificate inspection.
