The Service
The functions and
responsibilities outlined in the Rent Collection service are included in the
Full Management service. In addition the following services are provided. A detailed inventory will be carried out prior to the tenant taking occupancy and the relevant utility companies will be informed. We will carry out regular inspections of the property and arrange maintenance as and when necessary. We will check the inventory with the Tenant. We will inform the local council and utility companies of the relevant meter readings, names and appropriate dates upon occupation and vacation of the property.
We will keep the Landlord updated with regards to Gas Safety
Records and Rent Guarantee Policies (where applicable) and will either
arrange for these to be renewed or advise the Landlord's letting agent
accordingly. Inventory and Schedule of Condition We will prepare a comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition of the property.
Property Visits
We undertake to carry out 4
visits a year and report back to the Landlord, as necessary. Maintenance The tenant will contact us if they have any maintenance problems. Where necessary we will co-ordinate repair or maintenance including arranging for tradesmen to attend the property and, when needed, obtaining estimates. |
