 JCB Property Management Services is a newly formed company that intends to be a leader in the management of property on behalf of absentee landlords and Letting agencies that wish to outsource their Property Management functions.

 

The company was formed as a result of its Director working for many years in the business as a property manager and seeing the problems first hand.  It is the intention of the company that all properties will have a dedicated person overseeing each account thus providing the personal interest and investment in time that a landlord deserves.

 

In addition to Property Management, JCB also provide Home Information Packs and Domestic Energy Assessments.

Home Information Packs (HIP)

Since 14 December 2007 every home put on the market, no matter what size, must have a Home Information Pack. It brings together valuable information at the start of the process - such as a sale statement, local searches and evidence of title.                   

 

Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA)

Our own fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor will provide the necessary certification for your Home Information Pack  as required by EU directives to comply with the Housing Act 2004.
